- Provide blind proficiency testing
- Shipping and handling fees included!

MRO Services
MRO Services include, but not limited to the following:
- Maintain records pursuant to 49 CFR
- Provide twenty four hour, seven day accessibility
- Contact with employee and/or conractor subsequent to positive test results
- Contract with certified laboratory for testing a (split specimen) if requested.
- Report test results the same day as received from testing laboratory

Breath Alcohol Testing Services
Includes but not limited to the following:
- Arrange testing services and availability
- Confirmation testing at no added charge
- Receive and honor testing site invoices for testing
Subtotal $40.00 per test.
Administration
Includes but not limited to the following
- Maintain random selection pool(s)
- Notification of random test selections
- Monitor drug and alcohol testing regulations
- Provide annual summary report
- Provide complete invoicing procedures
Subtotal $100.00 each calendar year.
Additional Onsite Drug Testing Services
Includes but not limited to the following:
- Provide written DOT drug and alcohol testing policy.
