CSA 2010 will go into effect in the state of Wisconsin in December, 2010.  Are you in compliance with CSA 2010?  What your company and your drivers do will affect your ratings.  The following should be done to prepare for CSA 2010 Wisconsin.

New US DOT Motor Carriers Rules, Electonic On-Board Recorders

US Dept. Transportation Motor Carriers Safety Administration, issue new rule for truck drivers and bus companies requiring on-board recorders to be installed for companies with serious hours of pattern (HOS) violations.  Cracking down on companies that put high risk drivers on the road.  These on board recorders will track commercial drivers and automatically record the number of hours drivers spend operating vehicles.  This new US Department of Transportation Rule will go into effect 6/12/2012.
